RE: Holiday Complain February

I am very disappointed by your hotel service at 20th February 2011. This was my most poor ‘HOTEL SERVICE’ I had, and my family feels very sick when they come back from the trip.

When we alive to China we wanted to book the hotel because we don’t know how many local citizens will live in there, so we are booking. We wanted to book in the Internet, but your hotel didn’t has the website. My family where annoying me because your hotel didn’t have a website or email to contact. When I ask the local citizen about what telephone numbers is your hotel, and they told us your number. When we are calling your hotel, there was no one answering the phone, and it was 2 o’clock at the afternoon, I can’t believe that your hotel will eating the lunch until 2 o'clock. We are very disappointed by your ‘HOTEL SURVISE’

When my family and me taking a taxi to your hotel, we think that no more trouble happens and we can get a good holiday on here. However when we taking the taxi we didn’t saw any big building or some tower like hotel, but there was nothing like that. When we near to the hotel we just make sure that the hotel is around here, because we didn’t saw something like hotel.

When I alive to your ‘HOTEL’ I didn’t saw anything that look like hotel. So I ask everyone in the road, and they all pointing at the same building. We can’t believe that is a hotel, its look dirty and doesn’t look like any kind of ‘HOTEL’ it just look like a dirty and dark shopping mall. When I go in to your ’HOTEL’ I know that your hotel is what we are finding. I can’t believe that, because I was searching for good hotel at the blog. The blog said this is the best hotel in this city. I can’t think anything about the city at that time.

When we check in there was no one on the reception, there was no bell on it, so we need to call them from the reception. When they come out one service boy was yawning and coming out from the room. I can’t believe that can be the service boy.
